Terms and Conditions of 71bet – Clear Rules for Betting Safely

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform 71bet, available at 71bet.life and its subdomains, apps, and associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 71bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must refrain from using the platform. Acceptance of the Terms is mandatory for any interaction with the 71bet — including solely to browse the odds sections and available markets.

These Terms apply to all products available on the platform: pre-game and live Sports Betting, e-sports, online casino, slots, crash games, blackjack, roulette, and any other product that may be added in the future.

To create an account on 71bet, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be enrolled in any betting self-exclusion program — such as the Individual Taxpayer Restriction Registry (where applicable);
• Not be an employee, partner, affiliate, or first-degree family member of a 71bet or its affiliated companies;
• Be of full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002).

The 71bet reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify the user's identity, age, and location. Accepted documents include a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), passport, and proof of residence issued within the last 90 days.

Each user may hold only a single account in 71bet, linked to your CPF. Creating additional accounts — whether using altered personal details, a third party's CPF, or any other method — is a serious violation of these Terms.

The user is solely responsible for:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential;
• All activity carried out from your account, including bets, deposits, and withdrawal requests;
• Notify the 71bet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Keep your account details up to date — especially your email, phone number, and banking information for withdrawals.

• If an event is cancelled or suspended before it begins, all bets are refunded at their original value;
• For events postponed by up to 24 hours from the original scheduled time, bets remain valid. Postponements of more than 24 hours result in automatic refunds;
• The official result for bet settlement is the result recorded at the end of regular time, unless the specific market states otherwise (e.g., including extra time).

Live bets are subject to data transmission delays and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of a match. The 71bet is not liable for discrepancies between the actual state of an event and the information displayed in the system at the exact moment a live bet is placed.

• Deposit limit — set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. The limit takes effect immediately. To increase it, you must wait 7 business days;
• Loss limit — set a maximum loss amount per period. Once the limit is reached, new bets are blocked until the start of the next period;
• Account pause — temporary self-exclusion for 1, 7, 30, or 90 days, activatable immediately from your account dashboard without needing to contact support;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure with a block on new registration using the same CPF. Requested via support or the account panel, with a minimum term of 5 years.

Users under 18 are prohibited from creating an account or using any service of the 71bet. The platform uses age verification systems and may request additional documents at any time.

The 71bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform. The outcome of bets is inherently uncertain, and the bettor accepts this risk upon confirming each bet.

The platform is not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by third-party failures, internet instability, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account where such access was caused by the user's own negligence in handling their credentials;
• Betting decisions made based on information from outside the platform — analyses, tips, or predictions from any source.

In the event of a proven technical failure that affected the outcome of a bet, the 71bet will take reasonable remedial measures, which may include refunding the bet or reviewing the outcome, as applicable on a case-by-case basis.

All content available on the platform 71bet — including logo, text, images, interfaces, design, source code, odds, and statistical data — is the exclusive property of 71bet or its licensors and is protected under Brazilian copyright law (Law No. 9,610/1998) and industrial property law (Law No. 9,279/1996).

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from the 71bet. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided that watermarks, credits, and source identifiers are not removed.

The handling of personal data at 71bet is governed by the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Collected data is used exclusively for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform 71bet shall be submitted to the competent court jurisdiction in Brazil, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
